You Can Never Have too Many

This reminds me of Thomas Jefferson's 1815 quote to John Adams:

         "I cannot live without books." 

                  This is my idea of Heaven!

    I have to say that my idea of heaven is a room with bookshelves, but with some empty spaces for new books...

      Judging by the stacks of books on her floor and my past and current experiences, it seems one always has more books than the current shelving will bear. Nevertheless, I agree with you that it is optimal to have some room for new acquisitions.
